As a member, you register to receive emails from us at monthly intervals or
more often if we have news of a new product release, or a special promotion.
We ask you what skin type you have, or more than one if you prefer, so that we can
target articles that apply to you and do not bombard you with information that is
unlikely to apply. You only receive what has probable interest for you. We want
to be the source of high quality skin care information, no strings attached. If
you find what we offer of value and you do buy, then we all gain. We only gain by
being good at what we do and bringing benefits to the table that you appreciate.

Unsubscribe
|
You can unsubscribe at any time. You can do this from any subscription email that
we send to you. A link will be provided that is easily visible and intuitive. We
will ask you some questions from the unsubscribe page on our site and hope that
you give us feedback to allow us to improve our offering. We will then send you
an email and ask you to confirm that you wish to unsubscribe.

Special Offers

We will work hard to negotiate and bring you offers, many of which will not be available
from elsewhere. We want to be the best supplier of beauty and skin care products
that you know. We know that we can't be the best 100% of the time as unforseen
things will always arise from time to time to catch us out, but we know that our
level of service is extremely high. Our customers repeatedly tell us this.
We work very hard to achieve this. Even in these uncertain times our business
growth rates are satisfyingly high by orders of magnitude compared to last year
due to our drive to be the best for you. That commitment will not stop.

Product Freshness
|
Our high level of sales ensures that our stock is always as fresh as can be. At
this point in time we have no old Matis Paris stock whatsoever and have stock of
all current items right across the range. This is a point not often touched
on, but important to you. Most of the time we are able to deliver from stock.
If we are out of stock of an item, we show this on the site where possible and when it is expected
to be available.

If your interest is on behalf of another, a daughter, a friend, or someone you know
who has a particular skin issue, we invite you to invite that person to also register.
We also invite you or that other person to engage with our trained beauty therapists,
by phone, email etc. There is no cost to you for this advice. If we are good at
what we do, we are sure that you will identify with, appreciate and understand the
quality of the offering.

We will negotiate deals with our suppliers, so that we are in a position to make
you product offerings that benefit you. We will advise these offers by email monthly
and at special seasons. They will also be visible on the site under the Offers menu
item.
